How to start a return

Log in with your order email and request a return here. Once it's accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. The return label fee is $4.99. Items sent back to us without a return request first won't be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If something's defective, damaged, or just the wrong item, let us know right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return what you have, then place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and looked over your return, and whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it on their end.

If it's been more than 14 days since we approved your return and it still hasn't shown up, reach out and we'll sort it out.

We offer partial refunds in special cases, when it makes sense.
