Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


To start a return, log in with your order email and request one here. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. The return label fee is $9.99. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, simply make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 8 business days. Please remember that it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have elapsed since we approved your return and you still haven’t received a refund, please contact us.


We provide partial refunds in special cases where necessary.
